The machine is specially designed for pellet die mold industry. Die is for production animal food, wood, etc. Horizontal design is suitable for processing large pellet dies and more holes to be drilling.

Processing Method
This model has symmetrical structure. Die horizontal set up by chuck in the center. Worktable Y axis & B axis movement driving by servo motor. 8 sliding tables around worktable move back & forward by servo motor. Chipbox set up in front of sliding table with bush system.
The horizontal structure machine is more stable for drilling large die and easier for loading / unloading die. 8 spindle machine also can increase of efficiency.
