The oil and gas industry requires a wide variety of precision components such as drill collars, lifting collars, packers, connectors, various types of tubes, and other new designs that emerge as the industry innovates.
Tough and hard alloy steels, “super alloys” with high-nickel content, and proprietary materials that are very different from others in the industry are all issues that we must must address, and having the right gun drilling machines and precision gun drills is critical.

Center drilling and off-center drilling are the most common machining requirements. Gun drilling tools and BTA tools are preferred for deep and fine hole machining.
Gun drill tools are used for drilling small holes from 1.0 to 50mm, with coolant entering through the shank and chips exiting from the outside, while BTA system tools reverse the process, with coolant entering from the outside of the tool and chips exiting through the inside of the drill pipe, for a wide range of applications with diameters ranging from 25-150mm and upwards.
