The Brazed BTA drill bit has a diameter of 12.20-28.70 mm and discharges chips internally through a single pipe (STS system). It is typically connected to the tool body using a threaded lock, with cutting fluid supplied through the hole and between the drill tube. High-pressure liquid fluid carries the chips out of the tool body, resulting in improved processing efficiency and quality as the iron chips discharged from the inner channel do not need to be discharged from the outer groove.
