The solid carbide gun drill is made of drill body (drill tip & drill tube)  and drill driver to welding together. It can also be made by the whole carbide. (drill tip, tube, and driver integrated). Its stability, efficiency and tool life are better than the brazed type. This design ensures higher reliability and cutting performance while compromising higher rigidity and lower twisted vibration to prove longer tool life.

Product Features

  • Drill tip and tube are made of solid carbide, the diameter range is 1.0mm-12mm, the maximum length of the tube is 100 times than the drilling diameter, and the length of the chips discharge is made according to the actual machining diameter.
  • The solid carbide gundrill has high rigidity, and lower twisted vibration, extension the tool life.
  • Compared with other gun drills, the cutting speed can be higher, and higher feed can be used.
