BTA drilling head with brazed tip is Φ12.20-28.70 mm, use externally coolant and internal removal chip deep hole drilling system (STS system).
Usually the BTA drill head is connected to tube by a threaded lock, and the cutting fluid is supplied from the hole and between the drill tube.
High pressure oil carries the chips out of tool tube. As the chips removal from the internal of the tube so it do not need the outer groove same like gun drill.
Therefore both from processing efficiency and processing quality are improved.
